How Services Are Delivered
Live containers are hosted on Google Workspace. You get access to a vault to re-watch the classes.
Astrology consultations are arranged directly with Heidi following your inquiry via the contact form and an online meeting is set up; payment and delivery details are confirmed at that time.
Download Windows
You may request a recording of your astrology consultation to help you process the information provided afterwards. These must be downloaded within 30 days of delivery. Unfold Your Soul is not responsible for holding the recording after 30 days.
Live containers' recordings of the virtual classes remain available for a minimum of 10 years and may be downloaded by the buyer to keep forever, for personal use exclusively. Unfold Your Soul is not liable for loss of access due to technical failure or discontinuation of third-party storage providers, including Google Workspace.
Usage Rights
All recordings and course materials of live transmissions are licensed for your personal, individual use only. You may not share, distribute, publish, broadcast, or otherwise make available any recording or course content to any third party, in whole or in part, in any format, to respect the privacy of the other students in the live containers.
