What We Collect

When you make an inquiry or purchase, we collect your name, email address, and — for personal readings — your birth date, birth time, and birth location, along with any questions or focus you share.

Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe and Paddle. As of summer 2026, Unfold Your Soul is transitioning its payment processing from Stripe to Paddle. Unfold Your Soul never directly receives or stores your card details.

How Your Information Is Used
Birth data is used solely to prepare your reading. Contact information is used to deliver your purchase, respond to inquiries, and — if you opt in — to send birthday wishes and occasional mailing list updates. If you're invited to join the Substack, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Third Parties

Paddle / Stripe — payment processing. Google Workspace / Google Drive — recording, storage, and delivery. HubSpot — managing inquiries and contact information.

Data Retention

Recordings remain available for 30 days after delivery (Your Readings) or throughout 2027 (Yearly Sign Readings). Birth data and contact information are retained indefinitely to support your ongoing relationship with Unfold Your Soul, unless you request deletion.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting nightcall@heidisouffriau.com.
